Need direct link of Offically OS 10.2.1.3245

Guys I want to reinstall the complete phone OS in my z10 stl100-1 because it not responding well, I tried it through blackberry link with PC but it is too large and it stops in middle, I tried it two times and my 2 GB data wasted, so can anyone give the direct link to download the phone OS..

There are no official autoloaders for release OSs. Just get what you want (made from official files anyway) from there.
