    After upgrading software 10.3.1.1779 , My facebook and default internet browser were not working. That is why I deleted my facebook app & trying to reinstall it through blackberry world. Unfortunately it keeps popping up installation error. And I am not able to sync wth my facebook app and also my default internet browser is not thr anymore.. how can I fix it? Please need assistance.

    Try doing a security wipe and see if it sorts out make sure and do a backup or just run a autoloader
