You can, of course, set up multiple instances for payment. If you pay a certain bill by the 2nd of every month, for example, just use the repeat function under the calendar app. If you pay your water bill every 3 months, Label it Water Bill, repeat every 3 months and include a website address in the notes so that you can check your account. I don't really see the need for an app in situations like this.
