i just bought a refurbished Curve 9320 for a good price. it suits my needs. the gps works. but the map icon that the help screen identifies is nowhere to be found on the home page where it is supposed to be. could it have been lost and is there a way to recover it? i want to use the navigation capabilities.

    Easy way:
Hook to WiFi, open BlackBerry World, download BlackBerry Maps.

    Hard way:
Backup the device using BlackBerry Desktop Software (FOR LEGACY BBOS DEVICES! Don't get the BB10 Link+Blend bundle, it won't work).

Then download the OS update here.

    Then follow this prodecude here.

Restore the backup and you'll probably gonna get the BlackBerry Maps app back. You may need a BIS package to use it.
