    When I use Link to transfer from my old 30 to my new 30, I get a message that the BB ID numbers don"t match. When I attempt to use the backup file from my old on to restore to my new Z30, I get a message that I need permission. Any help???Thank you

    You need to put your BlackBerry id that you used on the old one to the new one. You should be able to put your info on then
