    I bought Z30 last month thro Ebay and facing problems like it is not getting registered in to the BB server. I tried like Setting>About>Category>Network. Where I am not getting any MAC address. Even I press the "Register Blackberry", there is no response. Due to which, I could not connect to BBM and others. May any one suggest a fix for this issue, Please...

    Where you able to register the phone with your BBID?

    Did you wipe the phone when you received it?

    What version of BB10 is it running?

    I would update the phone with an autoloader and try again... then I'd contact the seller.
