It try to reload the OS second time using my BB link, as soon as I connect my bb to pc it says: disconnect your device to finish your initial setup, but I can't finish the setup because my swipe top to down not working so it wont let me finish to initial setup to move forward with the setup.

A few things, 1) to close the out of box experience you need to actually swipe up as the last step, 2) is it possible that you're at the demo for the swipe down process? It given an example of what you're to do before you actually do it, so is there a next, proceed, or try it button at all?
