    after the update to 10.3.2 my z3's notification bar isnt commin' down....top edge of the touch isnt working...
    i also reloded the os using blakberry link...but it has got struck at the gestures test of swiping down ...

    Press and hold the up and down volume keys for 30 seconds. This might help. Ignore this if you've already done it.

    i have tried all the methods of reloading os
    but i didnt find any use...my phone had struck with this problem only after the update to 10.3.2, few days it worked normally but later problem re existed and after a few more days it worked well...and i now again had that problem
