It will eventually finish, but you can try reloading the OS with Link. Plug in your phone with Link running, then hold power button down. You may need to do it a few times for Link to catch it.

But this won't get you around BlackBerry anti-theft. It will still ask you for the original BBID when it starts up for the first time.
