    Updated software 2 weeks ago to latest version. No backup in a year. Was texting. Then phone went white. Restarted phone and nothing. Have tried removing battery and restarting. Have trief letting it die and restarting. Tried holding power button simultaneously with volume buttons. Any ideas? Thanks.
