Hello crackberries .. My lovely phone z10 is stuck for the past 2 days on 97% factory reset.. Please i need your help with this!! I have The latest update 10.3.2

Do what Paul Collins suggested above. Start Blackberry Link on your PC, attach your z10 using the usb cable and hold the power button down for 20-30 seconds until your phone re-boots. Blackberry Link should pick up your z10 and then you can reset to factory. If holding the power button down doesn't work you can pull the battery out then re-insert it with no problems. Good luck. In the future, for all resets, data encryption should be turned off and you should also uninstall as many apps as possible and delete texts, bbms, all messages etc. In general, the more info you remove manually, the better. Also remove your sd card if you have one in your phone.

And while removing ya sd card turn off encryption if it's on. Or else yu ll never be able to access ya data anywer come wat may. Good luck.
