    Hello and welcome. Which OS are you running? I would probably reload an OS. Seems like an app of some sort is running constantly and heating up your phone.

    I just tried to open my z10 then just 1 touch it turns off... Soo should i bring this phone to the BB SHOPS..? Battery, core or what...?

    Nope.. It started way back before i updated it.. But it takes a while to shut down.. Unlike after i updated it. One touch then it shuts off.. What to do?

    I tried it gain and it works.. But i need to plug in the charger for it to work, and when i unplug it it shuts off again.... What to do...?

    Backup, wipe, reinstall with autoloader, restore.
