[CrackBerry Question]

Hi,

I have the following os 10.3.1.2576, software release no. 10.3.1.1779. My phone is not working since 3/5/2015. On plugging to the charging device it starts with the red light, tries to load the software but it fails and the phone tries to restart again. This continues for 15-20 minutes and finally is starts but the battery level shows as "0%". As soon as I remove the charger the phone is dead.

All my important documents are in the phone, I am from Mangalore, Karnataka, India and I purchased my phone on 1/7/2014 through ebay and have one year warranty. Please help!!!!

Replace the battery. If that doesn't work then I'm afraid the phone is done.

Don't worry just change your battery. And reload OS. Via BlackBerry Link. I had the same issue with my brother phone. But it's fine phone working good. And try some more u should give peace of paper bottom of battery may be it ll work
