MY Phone z10 keyboard is not showing up and even its is connected to wifi still i am not able to use the phone ... my phone is lock .. please help me what to do ...

Never happened to me but you can check the official site of BlackBerry for some help or other sites that can help you.

Swipe up from the bottom bezel to bring up the keyboard. If this does not work, try rebooting the phone.

Yes, swiping up works sometimes, but then appears to get progressively worse. Rebooting seems to help for a while (a couple hours maybe). We have 4 z10's and 3 of them are having this keyboard problem. I just deleted all text messages and BBM chats to see if it helps.

Note: with leaks not readily available anymore, this is probably the longest I've run a particular code (10.2.1.3247). I'm itching for 10.3.1. :-)
