    No matter what I try, my Z10 will not update to 10.3; Phone update amd Link update both say I am on the latest version.
    What should I do?
    Seems alot of problems with the Z10 using 10.3, should I just wait?

    It would probably mean your provider hasn't released the update yet..

    Remove the sim from the device and try on WiFi only? Obviously after a restart.....

    If Warlack's suggestion doesn't work, then I suggest updating through an autoloader.

    Just update for yourself. honestly OTA updates are deadly.
