    My provider is Rogers in Southern Ontario, Canada. I can see the visual voicemail option/service is still listed on my account. I did troubleshoot with them but they were not able to fix the issue. I was informed that visual voicemail is no longer supported so a ticket would not be reviewed by technical staff. (after a few reboots I lost my visual voicemail icon in the blackberry hub) I was offered the option to switch to basic voicemail and opted for that option. I am running a Blackberry with BB10. Any ideas folks? Thank you kindly.

    Wow, surprising that VVM is being dropped for BB10 since it's pretty well baked into the OS. At this time I would just continue on with basic VM and see if any other customer service reps might be able to provide more insight. I know there are some third party, not as integrated VVM choices out there, so perhaps such an app could be a stop gap?
