    I have customized ringtones for my phones..i had a Q10 but I switched over to my Z10 and did the update too 10.3 but since I did my ringtones aren't as long as when they were on my Q10. Anyone knows why my ringtones are shorter now??

    try removing the ringtone from the profile and re-inserting them again. See if that helps.

    I got the same problem, ringtones play fine via file manager but only 5-6 seconds when a call comes in.

    So frustrating....

    Anyone found a solution????
