    When I use keys, screen lights up and I can see all notifications, but I cannot access. With Blackberry Link, I updated OS and deleted photos. No change. Suggestions?

    If possible try to open up BBVE and troubleshoot your device.
    If that's not possible hook phone up to BBLINK and reload OS rather than update. Back up any important media or documents prior to doing so.
