[CrackBerry Question]

My Q10 is charging( it's showing the yellow light that shows when charging the phone when switched off), but it's not coming onook it to an engineer he could not fix it.

Some times.. dead is dead.

No screen lighting up, no red blinking light.... she gone.

Can try pulling battery, holding down the power button for awhile, then try holding down volume up & down for awhile.

Might even try using an Autoloader to see if it will reinstall the OS.

Beyond that it's replace parts - like the chipset. Or get a new phone.
