After flashing my Q10 and losing some of the phone's inbuilt apps,i was told I might have downloaded a developer's OS.I tried downloading autoloader as suggested but when it was about to finish it will stop,i tried like two times wasting my data. What should I do...or is there a link that you know? And again at the left corner of my screen,a box appers with some readings. Is there a way I will remove that too?

Just download an autoloader file and run it on your computer. Save you time and hassle. - BlackBerry OS Archive I know you said you tried an autoloader, but you never made mention of where from and what file. You really shouldn't be downloading it on your device if that's what you are doing.

You have to download an Autoloader to a PC and then run it from that PC.... [Guide] How to Load an OS Using Autoloader

And you must download the right file for your phone.

As for the box you swipe several times from the corner and it goes away.
