My phone is deleting info in my contacts!

Hi all,
Just updated to 10.3.
Was trying to edit some contacts and encountered all kinds of problems :
1) after edited the contact if there is more then one number (home, work,mobile) will only save one and also won't save any other info ( email addresses, bbm pin,tweter accounts)

2) some contacts won't let save the changes this message appears *contact name can't exceed 19 characters *even thus nowhere near close to that many characters.
I'm the only one experiencing this?
Is a number to talk to someone @ BlackBerry?

Have you rebooted? I would suggest reloading your OS and using an autoloader to install it. Then you can restore your contacts from settings in your BlackBerry Link backup.
