Password won't work w/Blackberry destop and its going to wipe my unit
My phone stopped ringing today (Bold 9650) and Tech Support said I have to do a hard wipe so go to Sprint store. Sprint store says they no longer have the software to do a backup and restore. I then went to do a backup at home and the Blackberry Desktop on my Mac won't recognize the password and now it says if I try to back it up, it will wipe the phone, which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. This should be the correct password so I don't know what to do!
