My work email is on an exchange server. This past weekend I discovered that I was not receiving emails on my Blackberry. After some testing I have found that I can send from that account but my emails to that account are not received on my Blackberry. I can view my Outlook calendar.

I have tried updating the password and removing the sim card and battery but no luck so far. Any help would be appreciated

Try removing the account then adding it back again.

Are your emails appearing in the account inbox? Or are they being filtered into a sun folder? Also, what did your company IT have to say about the issue?
