    Hi,

    I tired to security wipe my device because its constantly getting restarted. So i thought may the last update i made may not be installed correctly ( | was using Beta version).

    After the security wipe my device doesnt get restarted and it shows the warning sign with

    www.bberror.com/bb10-0015.

    I went to the website and followed the instruction as to how to reboot the factory settings but when the software is downloaded to approx 70% then this error show.
    "Unspecified error encountered [A:0x000000A2"

    Kindly solve the issue.
