How do you get the password reset? she has put in the answer to her security question, but it says its emailed it to her bb id email address which she cant log into because she doesnt know the password.To reset from the web page is just as confusing. you cant forward your mail when resetting, because once again, she cant get into the settings without a password. Can anyone PLEASE help?

Try see if she can reset the password for the email address?
Or if she already has that email account setup on her device, get the reset email from there?
