First, do you know if the frequencies your current carrier uses are compatible with you 100-4? Second, can you check your APN setting to be sure it's correct for your carrier? Settings > Network and Connections > Mobile Network > APN.

I presume your current carrier is a GSM network.

Without knowing the specific Argentinian carrier and speaking in general terms, South American carriers more or less use the same frequencies for 3G/HSPA+ that AT&T and Robellus do. The bands for these networks are not present in the Z10 -4. I'll have to look up South American 4G (LTE) bands too, but somehow bands 2, 4 and 7 come to mind--none of which are in the Z10 -4 either.

You would most likely be better off with a Z10 STL100-3.
