I got www.bberror.com/bb10-0015 in my blackberry z30 so i tried to use blackberry link and it denied to be downloaded,it is said it is not yet realised in my country and i tried to use an autoloader but i didn't function can u help me plzii

You're on the right track. What error are you experiencing with the autoloader?

Make certain your USB cable is good - ideally, original BB. My anecdotal experience demonstrates better results using original USB cables - they seem to handle data transfers better.

Yes my USB cable is original bcoz it is the one that come with it and the problem is the autoloader
