    It could be a defective battery, or a drained battery. If you're still under warranty, I recommend you get a phone and/or battery replacement.

    I tend to agree with you concerning having changes made at the first chance, particulary in warranty time.

    I have had my Z10 for a year and 8 months, and only just last week I noticed my battery showing about 30-40% before it just automatically shut down.
    I found it very hard to get a battery copy too.
