My Blackberry Z10 resets automatically as soon as I turn it off after upgrading to 10.3.0.1052!

Last night I updated my phone to 10.3.0.1052 from autoloader.
Now the problem is that Whenever I switch it off, all my data and apps are erased.
This problem never arose on 10.2.1 Os.
Please help!
