what do you mean by application. you cant share apps

You cant share apps. If you have apk files or bar files you can share it. But you cant share apps from BlackBerry world.

Depends on what you mean by "share apps". If you have more than one BB10 device you don't have to pay again for the second device if you use the same BBID.
