[CrackBerry Question]

A day ago i had problem with removing music that wouldn't open & it wouldn't delete of the phone either so I decided to do a security wipe & it got stuck at 88% for so long so I pulled out the battery, after I remember that I wasn't supposed to do so.
So the wipe started again & it got stuck at 97% again.

I was told to use blackberry link to update the software but it wouldn't pick up the phone with the usb while it was still on the security wipe.

So i tried blackberry update download that is supposed to be used on internet explorer, & i followed the instructions & my phone picked up on there, but now my phone is a blank screen with a solid green light, is it supposed to be like that?
