i have done a security wipe on blackberry Q5 and when it went black (which means it is done), when I tried to turn it on by the power button, it says www.bberror.com/bb10-0015????????? and then it just turns off and does the same thing every time.

You probably bricked it.... doe the screen light up or the LED blink a number of times?
Your going to need to download an AUTOLOADER (new OS), run it and then plug you phone in using a usb cable and then turn it on. It should load the OS.
