    Hi there,

    I have blackberry q5 device with a carrier of idea network and am from India, my device is switching off automatically and displays a red colour empty battery logo and it is not turning on until i keep charging pin, if any knows about this issue please help me out. thanks in advance

    sounds like an issue with the hardware, is it under warranty?
