ok so I have had my blackberry Q10 for a few months now, but when I tried to turn it on today, it turned on, it loaded, but when it loaded to 100% it just stuck there, I left it for hours and nothing happened, I tried charging it, I tried turning it on an off, I tried removing the battery and putting it back in, but NOTHING seems to work, please help, I haven't damaged it in any way, I don't see what the problem is.

Try plugging it into your computer and connecting it to BlackBerry Link and go from there. Let us know what, if anything BlackBerry Link says.

So it always reboot and stops at 100%?

    What OS are you on?

As Bla1ze said plug it into your computer and try using LINK on it. Can you do a Backup? Might have to reload the OS - with LINK if it recognizes it. Our by using an auto-loader [Guide] How to Load an OS Using Autoloader
