[CrackBerry Question]

My. Either gave me his blackberry passport it was fine until he security wiped it. It had died during the wipe so I charged it and its been charging ever since. The battery seems to be non removable. And it's been at 99% for literally 3 days now how do I fix this? Help please. I'm so excited to now use this device lol.

That's weird, my battery always charges to 110%.

Did anyone of you answer his question?
Download the latest autoloader or connect you phone to the laptop and press and hold the power button till the red light starts blinking. This will connect BlackBerry link to connect to the passport. You can then reload the OS.

Reboot the device and that should fix it. There was an issue very early in BB10's release where some devices would only show 99% charged. An OS update fixed it permanently.
