    I recently updated my Q10 to 10.3/ the latest OS available.
    While trying to update whatsapp via BB World, it opens BB ID and says REQUEST FAILED-An unknown error has occurred, please try again.
    I am able to login to my BB id through my laptop browser.

    login to your BBID on your phone first. then go to BBW. If that doesn't work reset your BBID password....https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/...coverpassword/
