[CrackBerry Question]

my used name is 23 digits.
I want to change the password. it says it sent me the password at one point. it went to my blackberry which isn't accepting emails.
so - user name is 23 digits
won't accept any user name
password doesn't work

Well.....

Usually you BBID is an email that you can access outside of your phone.... even if it's a BIS BlackBerry.net account, you can logon via a web interface and there are password recovery options.

But if you don't have either... pretty much out of luck at this point.
