[CrackBerry Question]

My Blackberry Classic was working fine with the bluetooth in my ford focus but since the software was updated the phone will not pair with the system in my car. I have been told by Blackberry that I cannot go back to the previous operating system. What is my best solution?

I am having the exact same trouble! Can someone help? Yes rebooted the phone , yes contacted Ford, now what ? Thx

You have to completely delete the saved bluetooth profiles from both devices FIRST.

When that is complete, reboot, re-add the bluetooth devices to pair them and Tadaa! Works again.

Are you trying to pair it as a phone or as an audio device? I've never owned a Ford, but I've had a few as rental cars and I could only get them to pair by telling the car I was trying to pair an audio device. Once paired, it was able to pick up all of the features of the handset.
