    I have two problems, I purchased this phone second hand of ebay due to my previous one being damaged and it wont allow me to change the time the time is set to :Wednesday september 2011 5:56pm.

    Whats going on ? I even called t-mobile the person googled it and still could not help me.

    second problem : I logged into my existing blackberry ID however none of my old contacts have been restored and my name has not either :/ is this due to me not having data in my contract or ????

    What are your date and time settings? Maybe a change there? You need a BIS plan for older blackberry's.
