    9900 just stopped working .put another battery in still no response , only red light that flashes 4 Times same happens when I plug in a charger.

    It sounds like your 9900 might've bricked itself (not an uncommon problem that was reported back when the 9900 first came out). I would suggest having a look through this thread to see if any of the guides listed in there help with your situation.
