i had tried number of times to connect with my pc this happened due to reload of new os at the end of reload it didnt go for reboot it just stopped and went to this state

Have you tried to manually reboot?
You may need to reload OS with an Autoloader. Search the forums for the most recent version needed for your device. The following links will give you an idea of where to start.
