    I get updates of there status but not name change as my aunt is no longer in relationship but still it says her name plus how much she loves him and i asked her why she still has this she told me she doesnt and has shown me her new name on her bbm

    Ask her what the new name is then manually change it yourself.

    BBM on other platforms still have a long way to go.
