[CrackBerry Question]

I have been trying to Update my BBQ5 to BB10.3 but no matter how I try either On the web (from Blackberry site) or Blackberry Link it keeps encountering this error. ............."An error has occurred while downloading software for your device. Please verify your Internet connection or try again later, if the problem persists."
and while doing OTA it asks for 1,5GB space more. I have removed most of the apps but to no avail.
While my connection is fine. I am sure. what the heck is wrong?????

Having exactly the same issue with 2 brand new q5's with nothing installed except the pre installed apps that come with it ...but impossible to update to 10.3.1! Even did a security wipe and nothing!!! ...??

The best way to do an update is to download the files yourself and update manually.

Hello Jaydee did exactly as you state with two Q5's and downloaded / updated via Sachesi! Worked great and both devices now running very smooth under 10.3.1 . Thanks for the tip. BlackBerry should promote this update method more.
