    Hello everybody:
I tried to reload the software in my Z30 using Link, to update the OS from there. I have a backup tkG.
Almost at the end of the process it gave me an error, and the device is useless. When I try to reload, it fails again and again.
I remember that before BB10 it was a program to load the OS to a frozen phone.
Someone knows of a program to do that or of anyway to rescue my phone?

    Regards,

Search the forums for Sachesi. Lots of people here use it. I hope the phone isn't bricked.

I've done the same in the past. These steps should help.... Don't use link !

Reload an Unresponsive BlackBerry 10 Device on Windows

The following steps explain how to reload an unresponsive BlackBerry 10 device using a Windows computer.

This process is required when attempting to reload the operating system on BlackBerry’s that unresponsive and are not being detected by the BlackBerry Link Software.

Note: Completing the reload process will delete all content from the device. If you haven’t backed up your BlackBerry previously with BlackBerry Link, the content will not be recoverable.*

Close BlackBerry Link and BlackBerry Desktop Software if installed.

Disconnect all Blackberry smartphones from the computer.

Navigate to*www.blackberry.com/updates*using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.

Scroll down to*Update on the web*and click*Check for Updates.

    When prompted, click*Save File.

When prompted, click*Run*to install the drivers.

When the application loader launches, connect the BlackBerry 10 smartphone.

Hold the*power*button for*10*seconds until the BlackBerry smartphone turns off.

Press the*power*button again to turn on the device.

A prompt will appear and the BlackBerry LED will light up red,*USB: UNKNOWN*or*USB: BlackBerry (PIN)*will display on the drop down.

    Click*OK.
