OK so my bb z 10 wouldn't open any apps so i tried to restart my phone, it turned off then wouldn't turn back on again i tried holding down the on button for about 30 seconds but nothing happened so i plug it in about 4 hours later i go back, i try holding down on button again, and then after 15 seconds a red LED light flashes twice but that's it nothing else, what should i do? i tried taking out battery and putting it back in but still does the same. i don't know what to do about it...

Sounds like a soft brick. I think you will have to plug into your PC and reload the OS
