My BB Q10, front camera doesn't work it shows only a black screen, how can I fix this?

How can I fix my front camera. I've rebooted, pulled the battery... still nothing... only black screen.
It is a brand new BB. :(

If it's brand new, it's probably still under warranty. Have it replaced.
