    My BB Passport does not turn on. The led is red but But does not respond to any other order. It is a new phone without warranty. Any suggestions? Thanks

    If you attach it to a PC via usb will it show up as a drive under File Explorer in Windows? What steps have you tried to fix the problem, if any?

    Hold down the ON/OFF button (on the top) on your device until it activates. (about 5 - 15 seconds)
    If that doesn't do it, Find the latest Autoloader and install it.
    On the box: find the code sticker and at the top look for Blackberry Passport SQW100- X ( X will be a number 1,2,3or 4)
    When looking for the proper Autoloader that number is important.

    Find the 3rd file down 10.3.3.2205 7zip. Right click on it, download, download as zip.
