my bb 9380 says type ın the username authencıated wıth my phone.I do not remember the password or the answer to the securıty questıon to the prevıous ıd.how do i make my current ıd the actual ıd on my bb 9380 wıth OS 7.0

I think blackberry has a site to reset your id and password. Just search using blackberry Id reset.
