All audio files including sound notification files are missing of my Z10 STL-100-1 (OS 10.2.1.3062) . I am not getting any sound notifications. I need assistance.

Hello Faisal.

Did you just upgrade your OS by any chance? Sometimes things appear "missing" when they are just being re-indexed. Normally this only happens during a major upgrade of the OS. You are showing 10.2.1 so this seems unlikely.

Are you using a memory card for your files? Is it inserted properly, if so? Is your phone set to "store all pictures on media card"?

Can you open the File Manager and look around your device - both on the device and the media card for the files you are searching for?

Can LINK see anything using a USB cable ? Browse for pictures that way.

Finally - try a battery pull and wait 2 minutes after the phone is running to search again.

No. By navigating all the folders through file manager. All are missing. I don't use media card. But don't know what is the reason behind missing files. From where can I get the default OS files? Please suggest me..
