My 9900 is freezing up and acting weird/becoming unusable.... What are the next steps?

Is my only advice to buy another 9900 device? I can't not have this phone. It's the best phone ever. There is also so many drafts in my BB emails, if I back the phone up will they still be there when restored? Is there anyway I can re install the software to the phone to see if it works before i buy a new one? i have a new macbook pro...

You should have a windows pc to fix a backup and restore BlackBerry os 7 on it with the regular BlackBerry prog. The blackberry link program is only for BlackBerry OS10 on Mac/windows

What type email are you using... if it is one that you have on another device or can access via the web, are those drafts there?

What are the Drafts for??? Can you send them to another account?
